How it works
We run the night, you enjoy it
From themed party nights to private birthdays, our events team handles the details so you can focus on the fun. You tell us the occasion, the headcount and the date. We come back with a setup, a package price and a plan for how the evening runs.
On the night there is one person looking after your event from start to finish. They will meet your group at the door, show you to your space, brief the bar on your tab, cue the DJ when you want the floor to lift, and bring out a cake at the right moment if there is one. You should not have to chase anybody.
Nothing here is a fixed template. If you want the room dressed a particular way, a specific run sheet for speeches, or the music to go in a direction our residents would not normally take it, say so in the brief and we will build around it.
Birthdays
A reserved booth as a base, bottle service so nobody is queueing, a shot round on arrival and platters landing when people are hungry. Bring a cake — we will plate and serve it.
Hens and stags
Reserved space for a group moving as one unit, with bottle service and a host who keeps it together. Priority entry so nobody gets separated at the door.
Corporate evenings
Arrival cocktails, roaming bar snacks, background DJ while people talk and a full set once the speeches are over. Tab management and one invoice at the end.
Celebrations
Engagements, graduations, leaving dos and anniversaries. Anything that deserves a room with real energy rather than a function space with a projector.
Private gaming
Take the poker room or a reserved section of the casino lounge with a dealer, a drinks package and a host — on its own, or bolted onto any package here.

Planning
From first message to last round
- Send an enquiry. Date or weekend, rough headcount, and what the occasion is. Even a vague brief is enough for us to come back with options.
- We propose a setup. Which area, which package, what it covers and what it comes to. We will tell you honestly if a cheaper option would do the job.
- Confirm with a deposit. Deposit, change and cancellation terms go to you in writing before you pay anything.
- Build the detail. Music brief, food quantities, arrival time, speeches, cake, tab limit, decorations, the name on the signage.
- Final check a week out. We confirm numbers and run through the plan so nothing is a surprise on the night.
- Turn up. Your host meets you at the door and the room is already set.
