Content and accuracy
We write and review the content on this site ourselves and keep it as accurate as we can. Even so, menus, event formats, line-ups, packages, hours and prices change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance — a booking only exists once we have confirmed it to you directly.
Photography and illustrations on this site represent our venue and the atmosphere of our nights. Where an image is illustrative rather than a photograph of a specific evening, it is there to show the mood of the room rather than to document a particular event.
We do not publish guest reviews, testimonials, awards or partnership claims on this site. If you see something attributed to us elsewhere that you want to verify, email us and we will tell you whether it came from us.
Pricing information
All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Drinks and food are priced per item. VIP, party and venue hire figures are package prices covering what is listed against them. Prices in NZD — final availability and details can be confirmed with the bar team, and the price we confirm in writing for your booking is the price that applies to it.
Age restriction
Entry to PowerupDash is restricted to 20+. Every guest must produce current photo ID at the door, on every visit, including guests who are part of a private booking. Our door team sight the document and hand it straight back; we do not scan or retain ID.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the entry age — see our Privacy Policy.
Casino and gaming floor
An adults-only casino floor operates inside the venue, alongside the bar and the main room. It runs a gaming machine lounge, dealer-run table games and a poker room, and what is open on which nights is described on our casino page. Entry to it is restricted to 20+ with current photo ID, the same as entry to the venue, and there is no membership scheme and no door charge for the floor itself.
Table openings and the games available change with how busy the venue is and with staffing, so nothing published here guarantees that a particular game will be running on a particular night. Our responsible gambling commitments, and the support available if gambling is causing harm, are set out on our Responsible Gambling page.
Advertising
We advertise our bar, cocktail list, event nights, casino floor, VIP service and private hire. Where our advertising refers to the casino floor it describes it as entertainment for adults — we make no claim about winning, we do not present gambling as a way to make money, and we do not target it at anyone under the entry age of 20+. We do not carry advertising for third parties on this website. Where you have given marketing consent, we measure the performance of our own campaigns — see the Cookie Policy.

The PowerupDash name, logo and brand assets, together with the design, copy, illustrations and structure of this website, belong to PowerupDash or are used with permission. You may view, share and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction or adaptation requires our written consent.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] with the date, what happened and what you would like us to do about it. We will acknowledge it and come back to you with an answer rather than a form response. Privacy complaints we cannot resolve can be taken to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand.
Governing law
This website and our bookings are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected.
